Past Successes

  • Here are a few our our most recent victories:

    • At the national level, NECA was a leading proponent of the broadly based effort to repeal the 3% Witholding Tax.
    • At the State level, NECA recently banded together with other contractor associations to advance a bill to remedy the
      harmful effects of the Cypress Creek Decision.
